READING the MISS REELY WAY - jolly jolly phonics

    27 January 2021 (by admin)

Miss Reely (English Lead) is always thinking of ways to get you reading, reading, READING and today she would like to signpost some of our children (and parents who are helping at home) to this fantastic interactive site...

This is the website, free decodable books! Check it out parents...
    What's it all about? Phonics?
Phonics is the method of teaching children to read by linking sounds (phonemes) and the symbols that represent them (graphemes, or letter groups). Phonics is the learning-to-read method used in primary schools today and of course Miss Reely is ALWAYS talking about PHONICS. It's so important!
Check it out St. Bernard's - reading is the key to future success.
