MENTAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING - IT REALLY MATTERS!

    1 February 2021 (by admin)

Good mental health is a person's ability to fulfil a number of key functions and activities, including: the ability to learn. the ability to feel, express and manage a range of positive/negative emotions. the ability to form/maintain good relationships.

Children's Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021. This year's theme is Express Yourself.

Watch the Royal Patron of Children's Mental Health, HRH The Duchess of Cambridge's video message to mark the start of the week. It's FAB!

Mr. O'Leary and Mr. Stephenson have also sent you a video clip this morning to get the week off to a positive start (hopefully!). They're not as famous as HRH the Duchess of Cambridge but the message is the same - EXPRESS YOURSELF!

It's all about EXPRESSING YOURSELF THIS WEEK St. Bernard's (everyone!).

On FRIDAY 5th February we would like you to really EXPRESS YOURSELF by DRESSING UP IN THE BRIGHTEST, BOLDEST outfit you have got and send us your photographs - GO FOR IT ON FRIDAY 5th February and send your child's class teacher a photo via their school year group email address. EXPRESS YOURSELF ST. BERNARD'S!
