COVID-19 UPDATES - it's in the news16 June 2021 (by admin) |
You'll all be aware that the GOVERNMENT announced a continuation of current restrictions - pushing back the proposed 21st June date for a further 4 weeks.
We still need to be vigilant because local schools are still sending year groups home - it may well happen here again and probably will. I'm afraid it still has to be that way until further notice. Sadly, one local Catholic primary had to cancel their Y6 Confirmation Mass at late notice due to a positive case. School life will still be disruptive at times.
The message is clear - CONTINUE TO BE VIGILANT AT ALL TIMES.
Please collect your child and leave the premises.
Face-coverings are strongly advised and should be worn.
It is tempting to talk to other families/other parents after school and linger on the playground - please don't.
If your child has symptoms then please keep your child away from school and get your child tested. IT'S VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT THIS IS FOLLOWED and please keep us informed.
