It is very important to get PARENT CONSENT FORM completed online - all part of the St. Bernard's progressive ongoing operational plans.
Normally we would send letters out to make sure we have consent for local trips and to use pictures of our children on displays around school and possibly on our website or twitter.
To make things simpler for you, and our office staff, we are asking you to give this consent via this online form.
We have completed consent forms for only half of our children so far, it is vital that you fill this out for all of your children.
