BUSY, BUSY, BUSY at St. Bernard's

    20 September 2021 (by admin)

What a day at St. Bernard's! A tremendous amount going on in school...

BIG thank you to our PTA team (again) for giving up their time to organise the COFFEE morning for our new intake reception parents.

Thank you to parents who managed to come along this morning. Good opportunity to meet each other and also an opportunity to speak to Mr. Foley and ask questions about St. Bernard's etc.

The Y6K INSPIRE educational workshop was a success also with a very good attendance this morning. Thank you to the Y6 staff team for organising the event and a BIG thank you to parents for attending. The next Y6W INSPIRE event takes place on TUESDAY 21st September at 9.15am. Again, can we remind you that NO toddlers should attend - please make suitable childcare arrangements.

Can we ask that you wear a face covering/mask also. It's all about mitigation of risk regarding covid-19.

To end our busy, busy, busy day at St. Bernard's, we had numerous after school enrichment clubs AND staff received whole school training on asthma and epipen safeguarding awareness. BIG thank you to the PARAMEDIC TEAM SERVICES for attending and training St. Bernard's staff members - most informative and most useful. All part of our whole school SAFEGUARDING agenda.

    As mentioned before, BUSY indeed!
