What a week at St. Bernard's (and another busy week ahead!). We're calling it 'the week that was...'
Behind the school scenes we had over 175+ children accessing after school clubs last week (x10 super after school clubs run by staff - thank you staff).
Behind the school scenes we had a welcome PTA coffee morning event (thank you PTA).
Behind the school scenes, Mr. Foley welcomed parents assisting with the SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT.
Behind the schools scenes we had x3 INSPIRE parent workshops (more to follow next week!).
Behind the schools scenes we had staff training on mental health awareness and leadership/management. All part of us helping children, staff & families in our care.
Behind the schools scenes we had Mass and some GOLDEN AWARDS assembly time (good behaviour and valuable virtue awards).
Behind the school scenes we had 28 school certificates handed out across school to BEHAVIOUR and VIRTUE WINNERS - all children chose a CONGRATULATIONS non-fiction/fiction book to take home as well - get reading, reading, reading!
