An excellent attitude from the school football team in their first fixture since pre-covid days. We're proud of you boys!
The character shown throughout the game was immense, and the children did not drop their heads at all during a very difficult and hard fought contest.
Ambrose Barlow Primary School won the game but paid credit to St. Bernard's after the match.
St. Bernard's had 7 players who had never been chosen before - making their full and first sporting debut. Their pride, excitement and smiles were priceless!
