Preparation for TUESDAY - again, you can pick your child up from designated areas (we've tried to take on board issues brought to our attention today because parents had to wait). There will be 2 PICK UP POINTS for TUESDAY's arrangements (12.45pm to 1pm).
NOTE THE FOLLOWING for TUESDAY 19th JULY:
MAIN RECEPTION AREA - between 12.45pm and 1.00pm. Parents who are picking up REC, Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4 children.
ICT SUITE EXIT DOORS (next to main reception doors) - between 12.45pm and 1.00pm. Parents who are picking up Y5 and Y6 children AND if you are picking up SIBLINGS. If your child is in Y5 or Y6, they will have their younger siblings with them.
Thank you for your patience and understanding today. For safeguarding purposes we had to make sure all children were safely signed out and it took longer than we anticipated. We are making sure we have 2 designated points tomorrow.
Please arrive between 12.45pm and 1pm if you intend to take your child home. FILL IN THE ONLINE FORM - it helps for a smoother transition handover if this is filled in accurately. IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY FILLED OUT THE FORM, PLEASE DO SO IN ADVANCE.
