Birmingham Education Legal Team work in full partnership with educational establishments across the city. It's their job and they are required to process educational absence procedures. They issues penalty notices and fines accordingly.
As a school we know that daily attendance MATTERS. We see it actually makes a SIGNIFICANCE DIFFERENCE to the pupils in our care.
Education is NOT just about ACADEMIC achievement or results - they're important of course BUT education is SO MUCH MORE...it's about PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT of your whole child: social, emotional, musical, linguistic, physical, naturalistic, logical etc. - there are so many aspects to YOUR CHILD'S EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT at St. Bernard's.
If your child is in SCHOOL, if your child has GOOD ATTENDANCE (or is aiming for GOOD ATTENDANCE), then YOU ARE GIVING YOUR CHILD THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES POSSIBLE of developing every aspect of their personality, multiple intelligences and character.
