SAFEGUARDING YOUR WELLBEING - MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS (it's for us all)3 February 2023 (by admin) |
MENTAL AWARENESS WEEK is on the horizon BUT let's be honest, it should be MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS EVERY SINGLE DAY - we all have to manage it EVERY SINGLE DAY! It's OK not to be OK!
Every child's circumstance (and adult) is so very different, families have different dynamics and sometimes people and individuals need that little extra support...
MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS is always on our safeguarding AGENDA.
If you think your child needs that little extra, check out these links/sites or simply give us a call.
It might just be the most important call you make! The more we know, the more help we can give!

Note, we also have a wonderful FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER in school. She supports lots of families and children throughout St. Bernard's school. Children really like speaking to her. If you need to talk to her about issues impacting on your life (personal circumstances etc.), she's here to listen, support and offer guidance.
Give us a call and we'll pass your details to our Family Support Worker - issues related to:
housing, benefits and money
mental health and wellbeing
attendance or lateness
disability and caring responsibilities
friendships, relationships, separation and bereavement
transition into college, further education
