It was not long ago that we celebrated St. David's Day and wore a splash of red and yellow...NOW IT IS THE TURN OF ST. PATRICK, Patron Saint of Ireland.
To celebrate this very special day on FRIDAY 17th March, your child can come to school wearing a splash of green, white and orange - just a knowing nod in the direction of our local and wider Irish community.
Don't forget, it all takes place on FRIDAY 17th MARCH - start getting that splash of Irish colour sorted.
Saint Patrick's Day, or the Feast of Saint Patrick, is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17th March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland.
