Reading is the key to success! It's all about READING, READING, READING (and a little bit more reading!). Our PTA reading crew are having a RECEPTION, YEAR1 and YEAR 2 PUPIL READING EVENT. Check it out...a letter has already been sent out.
It's story time...are you sitting comfortably?
Then I'll begin...
Our RECEPTION, YEAR 1 and YEAR 2 children are invited to come along and join in... THURSDAY 9th NOVEMBER, 6pm till 7pm. £2 a ticket (inc milk and cookie delights!).
The children can wear pyjamas and bring their favourite cuddly toy/teddy.
The staff reading team will be wearing their pyjamas (and will most likely bring their favourite cuddly teddy/toy!).
Refreshments will be available to purchase for parents too, while parents wait.
Parents will wait in the top hall zone, children will go to designated classrooms with their peers.
It's all about PROMOTING a LOVE of READING!
