    SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN IN OUR CARE

    16 January 2024 (by admin)

There will be some disruption over the next few weeks (possibly lasting for the next half term) to the main reception/car park entrance area. Please be aware of this - the weekly NEWSLETTER keeps you informed. It is IMPORTANT you read it.

The school is focusing on improving safeguarding measures to the main school entrance and car park zone. Improving the main car park gated entrance with a new (and safer) system. A new walkway up to the main school entrance school office reception area (again, for the benefit and safety of all children and adults on site).

Please be understanding of the fact that there will be some disruption/temporary changes. Please be vigilant to the fact that the car park is a 'no go area' for vehicles. The contractors start on the school site this week. A temporary walkway to the main Reception will be put in place by the contractors.

The long term goal is an improved safeguarding entrance area, and a safer (and more secure) car park area for all stakeholders concerned.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions/queries about this project, simply speak to the main office or Mr. Foley/Mr. Stephenson.

We are hoping for it to be finished by the end of this half term! Fingers crossed the experienced contractors finish it on time!
