The weather forecast for the next few days is all about warm, warm, warm weather. Please make sure your child is prepared accordingly. Every little helps giving them a little bit more comfort in and around school.
Water bottle (suitably sized please). It is essential your child has a water bottle in school.
Sun cream can be applied before school. Please do not send sun cream into school. Please apply it before school (if you deem this necessary for your child).
A sun hat/sun cap can be brought into school for your child to wear. Just make sure your child's cap is labelled. Some children wear plastic sunglasses. Again, this is down to parents to decide if this is necessary for your child.
Some parents choose to give their child an antihistamine tablet/solution before school (quite a few of our children do have allergies etc.). The pollen count is expected to be very high (see Met office forecast for Moseley).
School uniform summer polo shirt can of course be worn. St. Bernard's school shirt and tie without a school jumper/cardigan is perfectly acceptable.
