We had marvellous mini-Mr. Yoxall's on the school site (building supervisor team).

We had a new Head Teacher and Deputy Head staff (and they were very, very good!). Mr. Foley & Mr. Stephenson had better watch out!

We had a fabulous new school office receptionist team, taking phone calls, taking notes, filling folders, photocopying sheets, taking messages, greeting visitors to school, taking school deliveries, and helping the teaching staff.

We had tremendous mini-teaching assistants through out school.

We had new and exciting mini-teaching staff in classrooms throughout school.

We had mini-sports coaches teaching some of the youngest children.

"Sir, this is just so good", "Great day", "I was a bit nervous talking to all the assembly", "I used the school mobile app", "I've written the school newsletter", "It's so hard teaching in that class because the children are so small", "The Reception children kept on trying to hug me sir", "I would do this again"  

Hopefully, it is planted a seed in the minds of our Y6 children.

An absolute credit to the school today and possibly one or two (or three!) might decide to apply for a job at St. Bernard's Catholic Primary School later in life!

WELL DONE YEAR 6 - certainly a memorable day!
