Please note that school does have supplies of certain medication:

*Calpol solution - if your child is slightly unwell, school will contact parents to see if you would like us to administer x1 - 5ml

*Nurofen solution - if your child is slightly unwell, school will contact parents if you would like us to administer x1 - 5ml

*Piriton solution (and Piriton tablets) - if your child is slightly unwell, school will contact parents if you would like us to administer x1 - 5ml

*Emergency Inhaler items are on the school site 

*Emergency Epipen items are on the school site

NO pupil MEDICATION should be on the school site unless school is notified and a SIGNED medication administration form is clearly filled in, and dated/signed by a parent. Medication should be clearly PRESCRIBED by your Dr. 

IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT REPLACEMENT INHALERS ARE SENT IN ASAP (if your child's blue inhaler has no reliever medication left in it). School will notify you if your child's inhaler needs replacing - it is your responsibility however to make sure prescribed inhalers are clearly in-date. PLEASE ACT ON THIS CORRESPONDENCE ASAP IF AND WHEN NECESSARY.
