If you would like to pick your child/children up slightly earlier on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY of this week, then you are most welcome to do so. This is because of hot, hot, HOT temperatures forecast for the afternoon.

From 1.15pm onwards, you are invited to pick your child/children up. It is up to you parents if you want to take up this 'reasonable adjustment' option.

This can only take place by making your way to the MAIN SCHOOL OFFICE RECEPTION area.

You will then be invited into the top hall area, where seating will be available. We don't want a queue of people/parents standing outside...in the heat.

WE ASK FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE & PATIENCE as staff (teaching assistant support staff, school office admin staff) will then take your details and safely get children from classroom areas...for an early dismissal. 

You of course do not need to take up this reasonable adjustment option. It is your call because circumstances are different for every family etc. If you don't want to pick your child up early, it will be the usual end of day school timings.

Thank you for your understanding. We wanted to give you as much notice as possible.

Note, for Y6 only...NO YEAR 6 CHILD will be allowed to leave the school premises early (unaccompanied). If you want your Y6 child to leave early, A PARENT/TRUSTED ADULT must accompany them.
