Just a polite reminder about the EARLY 'OPTIONAL' PICK UP ARRANGEMENTS...for today, 10th July 2026. It's your choice - early pick up option (1.15pm)
On FRIDAY 10th JULY parents, you are most welcome to pick your child/children up early at 1.15pm. Most parents took up this option recently.
It is going to be hot, hot, hot again on Friday 10th!
As stated previously we managed accordingly today by putting suitable adjustments in place, but due to the accumulative conditions, we are making further adjustments for FRIDAY 10th JULY.
1.15pm OPTIONAL scheduled pick up for FRIDAY 10th JULY 2026
If you are picking up a child/children from the Reception or Key Stage 1 classes (Year 1/Year 2) - the Rec/KS1 gate will be opened from 1pm (usual entrance point) - please make your way to the usual classroom pick up points. Staff will be there to meet and greet, and children will be dismissed accordingly.
Please use this entrance gate if you are ONLY picking up your child/children who are in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 classes.
IMPORTANT - if you are picking up a child/children early from any of the KS2 classes (Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6), please use the main reception office entrance. You will be invited into the top hall area again. This just helps with dismissal logistics.
IMPORTANT - if you NEED to pick up SIBLINGS or CHILDREN that are in in BOTH KEY STAGES (for example, you have 1 child in KS1 and 1 child in KS2 or 1 child in RECEPTION and 1 child in KEY STAGE 2) - please just use the main reception office entrance area from 1.15pm. Staff will take your details and staff will organise accordingly.
