Compass Birmingham Mental Health Support Team

Compass Birmingham Mental health support Team offers Compass Birmingham Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) offer free, confidential help to children, young people, and families to improve mental health for those with mild to moderate emotional needs.

We provide support for feelings of sadness, fear, worry, anger, or frustration, connecting individuals with appropriate resources. We provide early mental health support to children and young people aged 5-18. We also work with parents/carers to provide support for their young people.

We also provide workshops for all pupils, aiming to raise awareness on mental health needs and also provide advice for common difficulties such as exam stress and managing change.
