    Sadat

    Dear Parents and Carers,

It is with great sadness that we share the tragic news of the death of one of our pupils, Sadat. He was a much-loved, kind-hearted, and special boy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time. We know that this news will be deeply upsetting for many members of our school community, particularly those who knew Sadat personally.

At St. Bernard's school, we will be providing support to any pupils and staff who may be affected by this loss. We would encourage parents and carers to be mindful that children may have questions or emotions they wish to talk about in the coming days.

We kindly ask that the family's privacy is fully respected during this difficult period.

We will continue with our planned bright own-clothes day tomorrow to celebrate Sadat’s life. Children are invited to wear bright colours as we remember the happiness and joy, he brought to our school family and show our love and support for his family.

As a loving school community, we keep Sadat and his family in our prayers, asking God to grant them comfort, strength, and peace.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

    Yours sincerely,

    Mr Foley
    Headteacher
