• WELL DONE AT WHITEMOOR Y5 - superb!
  Our WONDERFUL WHITEMOOR LAKES children (Y5) were an absolute credit last week - their behaviour, attitude, qualities shone through as they faced the daunting/challenging residential activities. They will have memories for life.
• Y3B REARRANGED CLASS ASSEMBLY - Friday 24th March 2023
  Due to the school closure last week, we have had to rearrange the YEAR 3B class assembly. It will now take place on FRIDAY 24th March at 9.15am.
• ST. PATRICK'S DAY splash of colour - FRIDAY 17th March 2023
  It was not long ago that we celebrated St. David's Day and wore a splash of red and yellow...NOW IT IS THE TURN OF ST. PATRICK, Patron Saint of Ireland.
• THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE - traffic issues
  As mentioned in recent correspondence the WAKE GREEN ROAD has been closed (a section near school school). This will be over an initial 2-week period. Again, we ask for you to park much further away from school and WALK YOUR CHILD.
• PARENT CONSULTATION TIME - Spring 2023
  Get signed up and make sure you speak to your child's class teacher. All about finding out how your child is progressing. Check out the dates below and make sure you get your allocated slot. Thank you parents.
• WAKE GREEN ROAD CLOSURE - expect MAJOR delays (March 2023)
  As mentioned previously, a section of the WAKE GREEN ROAD is being closed for a few weeks. It started this weekend and traffic is being diverted. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PARKING FURTHER FROM SCHOOL AND WALKING YOUR CHILD IN.
• MONDAY is SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS DAY (13th March)
  Every child has to come to school dressed in their usual smart attire - full school uniform. The school photographer is in.
• SCHOOL CLOSED - HEALTH & SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT
  School is CLOSED today on grounds of health & safety. ST. BERNARD'S IS CLOSED to ALL children and staff. FRIDAY 10th MARCH - SCHOOL CLOSED.
• Y3B ASSEMBLY date to be RESCHEDULED
  The Y3B class assembly will obviously be rescheduled - we will send out a new date very soon. Again, apologies for this but the decision of closing school was made in the best safety interests of all the children and staff.

  Thank you for your understanding parents regarding the full closure of school today. This morning was a very difficult decision to make but the safety of everyone in school (and actually getting to school) was the deciding factor.
